Shipping policy

Where we ship We currently ship across India. We are building towards shipping internationally, starting with Australia, as we establish our presence in Sydney. The goal is a brand that moves between both.

Processing and delivery Every order is produced after it is placed, nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. Once your payment is confirmed, your order goes into production within 2–4 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS the moment your order is on its way.

Shipping charges → Standard shipping — Free on all orders → Rush delivery — ₹100 additional. Reduces production time where possible. Selected at checkout → Cash on Delivery — ₹100 handling charge, payable at the time of delivery

Address accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update your address after placing an order, write to us at hello@badpoetsclub.com immediately — we will do our best to accommodate changes before dispatch.

Undeliverable packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will reach out to arrange reshipment. Additional charges may apply.

Delays We work with reliable courier partners. Occasional delays due to logistics, weather, or high-demand periods can occur and are outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, write to us at hello@badpoetsclub.com with your order number and we will follow up directly.
