2. Our store Bad Poets Club is hosted on Shopify. All transactions, account data, and store infrastructure operate through Shopify's platform, subject to their terms of service.

3. Products Every piece is made to order. We make every effort to display colours and product details as accurately as possible, but minor variations in colour rendering or placement may occur due to screen calibration differences and the nature of small-batch production. These are not defects. Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Orders and payment All prices are in Indian Rupees, inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery on select pincodes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or circumstances outside our control. If an order is cancelled on our end, a full refund will be issued and you will be notified. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information at checkout.

5. Pricing and availability Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict orders by region at any time. Any offer on this site is void where prohibited.

6. Accuracy of information We make reasonable efforts to ensure all information on this site is accurate and current. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or any other content is error-free. If an error affects your order, we will contact you. Typographical errors and omissions may be corrected at any time without prior notice.

14. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
